Thursday Ramblings

3 more days before Christmas and I really can't wait to be back to my hometown for our double celebration this year, the SUGGGITian Family Day and Christmas Party. I realized that the spirit of celebrating Christmas this year is a bit different from previous years, simply because I no longer had to worry about going back to West Malaysia. For the past 3 years, I had no chance to celebrate Christmas with families and friends because my school's meeting was held a day after Christmas every year. Macam sengaja saja... That's why I must went back early and attend the meeting. Oh I hated it very much.. But, thank God this year and hopefully for years to come, I will be celebrating Christmas and New Year here in my lovely place surrounded by families and friends. Hubby feels the same way too, saying that he is really in the mood of shopping for Christmas this year. Sebab bini dia dekat sudah kali tu kan...

Our preparation is very simple. We bought new clothes for the celebration and set up the mini Christmas tree at my hometown and decorated it with my DIY felt Christmas ornaments which look exactly like this.

Hubby and I also sponsored 2 hampers for the upcoming Family Day and Christmas party's lucky draw. It was so much fun selecting what we wanted to be in the hampers and that's why we spent so much time in Servay yesterday selecting and buying the best things we can afford. We decided to make our own instead of buying the ready made one. Just for the fun and satisfaction I guess. In the end, the hampers turned out to be like this... boleh lah bah kampung-kampung kan..

I'm taking a huge risk this year to perm my hair at home. Just adding volumes to my thin and fine hair with the help of my sister. Since I always feel disappointed whenever I go to any saloon to have a new hairdo, I think I better do it myself than losing so much money on a very frustrating result. Hopefully, the outcome won't hurt me. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I will be doing the last Christmas shopping tomorrow after sending the SBPA form to school. Taking about school, it will be reopen in few more days.. oh saya sangat malas.. boleh ka mo cuti lagi???!!!

Till then everyone... Don't drink and drive.

Wishing all of you a Merry Merry Christmas and A Happy Happy New Year..

Lazy Mode

Good morning folks.. Its Monday again and I'm sitting in front of my laptop since 6.30 in the morning at school hoping that I'll complete all the tasks given but sadly nothing have been completed yet. My mind just couldn't stop wandering somewhere. I blame it on the school holiday which will begin soon. Lame excuse, I know. Just couldn't help it. I'm pretty sure I'm going home today without any accomplishment and that's mean I'm postponing all the works once again. Damn, I'm so LAZY!!!! But the truth is, I like to do things when I'm stressed out. If I'm in a very relax mind, I coudn't do anything. Mo juga yg stress gila-gila dulu baru siap semua kerja. Another lame excuse? No, that is the true me.

SPM starts today. I'm relieved because this year I'm not chosen to invigilate in the exam. I'll be very sad if I was chosen this year because I have some important things to do once the holiday starts. Anyway, Happy invigilating to all the teachers and good luck to all the SPM candidates out there.

Till then people... Have a wonderful Monday to you all. God bless!!!!

I am deeply disturbed....

(aunty irene, pinjam gambar ahh)
How could I not? After seeing this accident on my way back home today. I saw this picture uploaded by my aunt on her Facebook and I wondered where the accident might happened. Tau-tau keluar ja dari school sa pi jalan besar, ampai-ampai tu kereta viva terbalik sana jalan raya. Patutla jam gila babas... I don't  know what exactly happened but I saw another car in a drain and other cars along the roadside. I guess we just have to wait for the headlines in the newspaper tomorrow. I didn't see any blood and hopefully all the victims were safe. I am easily disturbed by incident like this. I hate car accident, who would like it anyway bah kan? On my way back, I just couldn't stop thinking what actually happened to those cars, it was like solving a puzzle but in the end, I just failed to put it into pieces. I drove very slowly behind a bus today and I did not have any intention to overtake any slower car like I always do. That's me when I'm down. Everyting will be slower, nice songs on the radio feel like nothing to me, and everything around seems very dull.

After reaching home, I called mum to ask about my grandma condition. My grandma is sick. Cancer. Stage 4. They went to the hospital today and mum told me that nothing can be done by doctors anymore. Treatment like surgery and chemotherapy cannot be done on her because of her age. So, the doctor just gave her morphine to ease her pain. I was disturbed again for the second time. I am very sad right now. I don't know how long grandma will hold on but I always pray that she will get better soon. I went to the Carmelite Monastry to send my petition to the nun there and hopefully miracle will happen. I hope grandma will stay longer with us. God willing. Dear readers, can you spare a prayer for her? Your kindness is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Till then.. Have a nice day everyone.
